  • Brewer Needed for Expanding Distribution, Great Opportunity for Growth

Sturgis Brewing Company is looking for an individual to fill the role of Brewer, starting as an Assistant to the Head Brewer. This will be a rapidly advancing position as we expand production and distribution. Safety, Quality, Housekeeping, and Productivity are Points of Focus (POF) for the Brewery Team. Brewers are expected to be able to perform all operations and tasks in the brewery, with any needed training fully provided. This position is full time hourly. The schedule will vary depending on brewery needs, with second shift hybrids during the tourist/vacation season. No overnights or weekends planned. Paid holidays, paid time off/vacation, and supplemental accident insurance (Aflac) after a probationary period. Food, beer, and merchandise discounts. Salary negotiable depending on experience, $43,000 - $48,000 yearly, with occasional overtime. Must be willing to live in the area.
