Full-time brewer needed for startup brewpub in Brooklyn, NY.

We are an established restaurant company in NYC opening a brewpub in Dumbo, Brooklyn at the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge. This will be our first brewpub, but fourth location. We already have a 7bbl American Beer Equipment system that is in the final stages of being setup. Our TTB already has approval.

We are looking for the right brewer to start immediately and help us finish the setup, as we want to start brewing beer in February. This could be a great opportunity for a head brewer looking to make a change or for an assistant brewer who is ready to take on their own project.

Qualifications should include:
- 2+ years professional brewing experience
- Degree or Brewing Certificate a plus
- Ability to perform all brewhouse operations
- Need to be self-motivated
- Ability to multitask and manage time while being detail oriented
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel a plus

Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the entire brewing and quality control processes. Should be well versed in scheduling, brewing, cellaring and packaging operations
- Maintain detailed and accurate records
- Cleaning (CIP) and maintaining all brewhouse equipment
- Recipe Development
- Lifting, moving and carrying grains, hoses, equipment, etc., all while maintaining proper safety standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned
