We are a Kombucha company with similar capabilities to the breweries or cideries you are used to.
Currently running a 5 bbl, 15 bbl, and just stood up our 40 bbl brite. (that was fun)
We are servicing 100 - 125 customers right now, and anticipate 400 by springtime.
We are certified organic and do a higher quality product than average.
We are a new company, in the early growth stages. We are expanding rapidly.
The ideal candidate:
-someone with some experience
-willing to learn
-able to work indipendantly
-able to troubleshoot
-passion for quality
-passion in general, opportunity to develop new beverage brands is in the works as well. A lot of growth opportunity!
-organized, record keeping is very important, particularly with organic certification, as yearly audits are more involved than health authority audits.
-typical of a brewery, you will need to be physically fit, some heavy lifting of kegs and cases of ingredients required
The ideal scenario:
-You start out for the next 2-3 months doing hourly wage, 2-3 days a week. If this is the job for you, it is the perfect situation, as we just built a second building, and are still setting up new equip in there. You can have input and take part in purchasing and setting up the very equipment you will work on.
Beginning in the new year, Sometime in January or Feb, you will be full time and we can do salary.
You will basically be running the show regarding production and brewing of a small, rapidly growing company. Salary can increase quickly along with the growth of the company.
Our facility is located on a farm property, so it is an awesome place to work, pick some fruit off the trees, take a look at the neighbors horses, or whatever is kicking around at the time.
It is not the job for someone who just wants to clock in and clock out, you will be a big part of the company. Be honest with yourself and with us.
