Mountain Sun Breweries is seeking an experienced brewer to join our brewery team in the Boulder/Denver Area. We are an expanding family of pubs and have been part of the Colorado brewing community since 1993. We have two brewery locations in Boulder, CO and one in Denver, CO. We also operate two stand-alone restaurants, Under The Sun Taproom & Eatery in Boulder, CO. and Longs Peak Pub in Longmont, CO.

All Applicants should:
1) Have a four-year college degree. Formal brewing education is a plus.
2) Have at least 1 year of paid experience in commercial brewing, preferably with a production background.
3) Have excellent computer skills and a high level of competence with Microsoft Office and Apple products.
4) Be able to manage inventory and keep precise records for all raw materials, government records, production records, and shipping/receiving documents.
5) Enjoy physical work and be able to lift 55 lbs. repeatedly.
6) Have strong problem solving skills.
7) Have a passion for producing quality craft beers.
8) Have excellent communication skills in regards to mangers, customers and staff.
9) Understand SOP’s regarding all manufacturing and sanitation standards.
10) Be able to independently brew batches and manage brewing operations including but not limited to: handling raw material, operating the brewhouse, vessel CIP, lab work, and yeast management.

Our brewers are responsible for the entire brewing process from grain to glass. The right candidate will be safety-minded, efficient, quality-focused, have a great work ethic, a positive attitude and be a team player.

Applicant Must Also Be Willing To Commute Between Boulder and Denver as Brewery Production Dictates.
