Knee Deep Brewing in Auburn, Ca is looking for an assistant brewer/cellarperson.
• Assist brewers in wort production on our 40bbl 4-vessel brew house and 10bbl 2-vessel brewhouse
• CIP of brewhouse, fermentation, and bright tank vessels
• Prepare and mill grain per recipe
• Transfer/Filter beer to and from fermentation tanks and bright tanks using a DE filter and plate & frame.
• Other cellar work (fermentation monitoring, yeast handling, dry hopping, CIP, carbonating, etc)
