Jasper Ridge Brewery Brewmaster
Jasper Ridge Brewery, in Ishpeming, MI, is seeking a highly passionate, creative, and experienced Brewer. The Brewmaster is responsible to manage the day-to-day brewery operations, including recipe development, quality control, distribution, coordinating schedules, purchasing, cleaning and coordinating materials to produce top quality and consistent beer. Maintain an adequate supply of quality brewery supplies to keep up with production and balances cost and cash flow considerations. Monitor and continuously improve brewing operations with regards to efficiency, cost reduction and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of beer science, a multitude of beer styles and Brewhouse operations. This position requires solid verbal and written communication skills, time management and strong mathematical skills. Some brewing experience is required.

We are a family owned Brewpub that was established in Ishpeming, MI in 1996. Jasper Ridge Brewery has a 10 Barrel Brew House that produces approximately 350 barrels of beer per year. We produce a variety of beers, including seasonals, throughout the year. We also offer a full-service restaurant with a variety of menu items that pair well with our tasty beer.
