4 Hands Brewing Company is seeking an experienced Brewer to join our team. Responsibilities will include:

-Operating grain mill and conveying equipment
-Wort production
-Yeast handling
-Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining brewhouse and cellar equipment
-Spent grain handling
-Forklift and material handling equipment operation
-Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

This position reports to the Head Brewer


Requirements:

Brewing/cellar experience and/or brewing specific education, as well as working knowledge of brewing theory and application

Forklift experience a plus

Applicant must be available to work varying shifts including nights and weekends

Ability to move 170 lbs and carry 55 lbs

Applicant must be able to twist, turn, bend at the waist and be comfortable climbing/working on ladders

Strong communication skills

Ability to represent the company in a responsible and professional manner
