Position Summary

The person in this position will perform various tasks as needed in order to maintain quality brewing and packaging standards. They will work to learn and execute all production SOP’s. It is a full-time position with a focus on training and education.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operating Brewhouse
• Keg washing and filling
• Assisting on the canning line
• Dry-hopping beers
• Cleaning and sanitizing brewery vessels
• Organizing the brewery and cold storage
• Performing tests in the quality control lab
• Opening and closing the production facility
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• HS education/diploma. Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to lift 55 lbs. and maneuver full kegs of beer (up to 160 lbs.)
• At least 21 years of age
• Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours per day
• At least 1 year of brewery or prior manufacturing experience
• Certification from an accredited brewing school is a plus, but not required
