    Job Description:
    Holidaily Brewing Company, an innovative, gluten-free brewery in Golden, Colorado is looking for a Part-Time Assistant Brewer/Packaging Associate. This person will join our current brewing staff and be responsible for assisting in all facets of the brewing process on our brewhouse and canning line. Our Assistant Brewer will assist with a focused support on cellar work, all cleaning and sanitizing of the brewing equipment and warehouse. In addition, this person will be required to facilitate and run the packaging lines as needed. This position will report directly to the head brewer.

    Essential Job Responsibilities:
    • Previous experience as an Assistant Brewer Preferred
    • Understand brewing, packaging and warehouse processes along with an understanding of sanitation and sterilization techniques
    • Must be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills and strong leadership skills
    • Follows environmental and safety regulations and acts in compliance with US laws and accepted business ethics.
    • Candidate must be able to work under stressful situations unique to the manufacturing/production environment of a fast-paced brewery
    • High attention to detail, organized and proficient in time management
    • Candidate must be proficient in MS Office
    • Ability to meet physical demands of brewing, lifting up to 75lbs.
    • Gluten free knowledge and brewing experience desired
    • Operation of the packaging line, Wild Goose canning line
    • Ensuring the product is packaged correctly within strict guidelines (proper fill heights, dissolved oxygen standards, etc.)
    • Extensive maintenance and sanitation of the canning line
    • Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the line on the fly
    • Package and palletize product according to orders
    • Detailed record keeping including operation checklist, maintenance logs, and package records
    • Packaging 1/6 BBL and 1/2 BBL kegs
    • Help maintain a clean and organized brewery environment
    • Previous experience with driving a forklift is preferred
    • Ability to update/create SOPs as needed
    • Inventory counting/maintenance of materials and finished goods
    • Strong communication skills, and a desire to represent our brand at events, festivals, and educational series.

    • 4/10hr days, Sunday thru Wednesday
