    Grandma’s House is 7 bbl brewery located on the Antique Row stretch of South Broadway in Denver, Colorado. We’ve experienced steady revenue growth over our first five years in business, and this year we are looking to acheive some substantial growth in production. We have purchased additional FVs to double our output, as well as started a modest wild program. The owner has been the head brewer at times (including currently due to a recent vacancy) during those five years, but is interested in handing off some/most brewhouse responsibilities in order to focus on other aspects of the business. The owner will continue to be involved at least somewhat in the production process, and establishing a solid collaborative working relationship will be essential. We are open to hiring an individual for the role of head brewer given the right level of skills & experience. Potential candidates should possess the following attributes:

    -At least 1 year of professional brewing experience.
    -Proficient organizational and computer skills.
    -The ability to collaborate as a team member as well as handle all aspects of the production process
    -A motivated self-starter that can maintain productivity with little-to-no supervision
    -Excellent attention to detail, particularly in regards to sanitation and production processes
    -The ability to troubleshoot general issues and creatively solve problems.
    -The desire to be a part of a small, growing company and take on many different responsibilities (sometimes outside of the brewhouse).
    -Experience with QA/QC, general lab work, yeast handling, inventory management, recipe formulation, wild fermentation & barrel aging are very much desired.
