TAPS Fish House & Brewery in sunny Southern California is looking to immediately fill a cellarman position.

The ideal candidate must have a great attitude and work ethic, be able to work independently and work well with our team, trouble shoot, resolve mechanical problems, be detail oriented and meticulous.

One year experience in production or a high volume brewpub preferred. Having extensively home brewed is a must. Wages will be commensurate with skills and experience.

Be responsible for kegging, keg cleaning, preparing orders of up to 60 kegs for outside distribution, line cleaning, growler cleaning, yeast brink cleaning, be able to lift 55 lb. sacks of grain up one flight of stairs, graining in/out, working festivals, etc.

Must have a clean driving record and be able to work at both our Brea and Corona

TAPS Fish House & Brewery has been in business for over 12 years, won Brewpub Group of the Year at the 2010 and 2011 Great American Beer Festival®, and brews over 40 styles annually, from classic European Ales and lagers to barrel-aged, coffee, and other experimental beers.
