Coal Harbour Brewing Co. in Vancouver, BC was founded in 2011 as a production brewery with ~1000hl production in 2012 and growing to a projected 4,000hl+ in 2013, with the sky being the limit after that.
We are currently seeking a cellar person/packaging operator with the chance to take on some brewing responsibilities for the right candidate.
Duties include:
- Washing and racking kegs
- Operation of a 30 can/minute Cask Brewing filler
- Filling of 650ml bottles
- Sheet Filter operation
- Environmental Cleaning and Sanitation
- CIP of tanks and related cellar equipment
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 55lbs and safely move 160lb kegs
- Flexible schedule, may require early morning or late night work.
- Passion for craft beer, attention to detail and quality are absolutely required
Preference will be given to candidates who possess:
- Previous experience in a production brewery
- Formal brewing education
- Forklift driving experience
