Magic Hat Brewing Company in South Burlington, VT is looking for an experienced, motivated person to join our cellar staff. We will consider candidates who have a minimum of 1 year experience on the cold side in a professional brewery including experience with vessel and equipment CIP; fermentation, yeast handling and dry hopping; forced carbonation and bright beer preparation and DE filtration/centrifuge operation. Flexibility is required in scheduling as our staff rotates shifts. Ability to troubleshoot and strong sanitation knowledge is required.
