Cellar/Packaging
Roak Brewing CO. is looking for hard working, self-starting candidates with a high level attention to detail to join our brewing team. Experience working in a production brewery or brewpub desired. This position will start full-time but offers the chance for rapid advancement.
The position with require and be able to lift 55lbs and maneuver 165lbs. The position requires the candidate to be willing to take direction and maintain a high level of cleanliness in a production environment. Competitive compensation DOE.
Education and / or Experience
HS Diploma or equivalency required.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Follow SOPs to CIP and SIP fermenters and bright tanks
* Carbonate Finished Product
* Maintain a clean an organized Cellar
* Bottling on a Meheen 6 head filler
* Kegging
* CIP of bottling and kegging equipment
* General brewery cleaning
* General Labor work
Ideal candidate will have:
* Passion and dedication for brewing high quality craft beer
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work as a team and independently
* Flexible schedule (evening/ weekend work)
* High level of attention to details
* Willingness to learn and follow SOP’s
* Ability to safely work in a fast paced and demanding environment
* Ability to lift 55lbs and maneuver 165lbs
* Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day
* Punctual and dependable
* Volunteers regularly and increased responsibilities
