Lift Bridge is Hiring–Cellar Operator/Packaging Technician

Lift Bridge Brewery is currently looking for a full-time Cellar Operator/Packaging Technician to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should be outgoing, hardworking, quality minded, a self-starter, and of high character. Previous applicable experience in a commercial brewery or related industry is preferred.
Responsibilities to include but are not limited to:
-Tank cleaning/sanitation
-Assisting with bottling/can line operations
-Yeast management
-Tracking processing parameters
-Maintaining accurate records
-Cleaning and filling kegs
-Maintaining process equipment
-Preparation of materials and equipment for production
-Inventory management
Other miscellaneous production/warehouse work as required
Abilities and Skills:
-Must be able to lift 55lbs and move 165lbs occasionally
-Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours per day
-Must have excellent time management skills
-Should be computer literate/comfortable using MS Office
-Must be able to communicate effectively
-Must be able to safely work with cleaning/sanitizing chemicals and in varying environments.
-Must be able to work flexible hours w/ little supervision
-Experience driving a forklift a plus
-Must have a sense of humor and a positive attitude
