Yazoo Brewing is looking for the right person to join our tight-knit production team. We are looking to add an employee to our cellar crew, responsible for filtering beer, cleaning fermenters and brite tanks, preparing beer for packaging, and operating our kegging machine.
We filter on a 3 sq meter Della Toffalo filter, and keg on a IDD Mini-King. This will be an entry level position at our company, so while previous experience in a brewery environment is a plus, we will train the right person. You will be on your feet all shift, in a sometimes hot and noisy environment, and will need to be able to repeatedly lift empty kegs onto our kegging machine. Forklift experience is a plus. A clean driving record is required.
About Yazoo Brewing: we are a 12-year old brewery focusing on well-made, drinkable beers for Southern tastes. We sold a little over 23,500 bbls last year in Tennessee and Mississippi. Nashville is a great town, consistently ranked as one of the best places to live and work in the US.
