We are seeking someone with experience in cleaning and sanitizing canning lines, bottling lines, brite tanks, hoses and parts ect.
Need to have experience with the following:
Brewery chemicals such as caustic, acid and peraecetic.
General knowledge of how pumps work and experience problem solving cavitation, flow rates, pressure increases based on temperature of closed vessels.
Preferred knowledge of the following:
Running canning or bottling lines
Carbing beverages
Proofing ethanol
Blending beverages
Scaling a recipe to make product
