Position: Cellarman
Employment: Full Time (40 hours a week), Year round.
We are looking for a motivated, energetic and positive individual to join the Cape May Brew Co team!

Job description:
Work directly with the head brewer to assist in the production of beer at New Jersey's fastest growing microbrewery.
Duties:
Manage fermentation under the guidance of the head brewer
Maintain keg inventory
Cleaning, filling and transfer of beer
Manage taproom beer inventory
Manufacture root beer and ginger ale
Assist in bottling beer and soda
Service wholesale accounts as needed
Assist in other areas of the brewery on an as needed basis
Qualifications:
- 21 or older
- Applicant must have an enthusiasm for beer and a desire to learn the brewing process
Requirements:
- Applicant must be able to assist in lifting a full half-barrel keg (Up to 150 pounds)
- Must not have a criminal background
- Must have a solid working knowledge of beer and brewing or a strong desire to learn about
the brewing process
- Is passionate about craft beer
- Have strong public speaking skills
