    Title: Cellar & Production Associate

    Overview: Cellar & Brew house Production

    Classification: Full-Time Non-Exempt

    Reports to: Lead Production Brewer
    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Complete all Cellaring tasks in accordance with production schedule
    • Monitor wort transfer, execute brewhouse closing procedures
    • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures, update new procedures in conjunction with Lead Production Brewer
    • Monitor and maintain all product and associated vessels
    • Collect and monitor brewing data, enter all information accurately into Migration work books/docs
    • Conduct CIP,SIP, Fining and Dry Hop activities, in accordance with production schedule and procedures
    • Conduct Racking and Packaging activities in accordance with production schedule
    • Monitor and maintain racking and packaging equipment. Notify Lead Brewer of any mechanical issues or needed repairs
    • General brewery maintenance and cleaning, ensuring production floor and warehouse areas are neat, clean and meets safety standards
    • Interact with customers in a positive manner, ensuring products meets company satisfaction
    • Notify Management in a timely manner of any substandard products or delays in production
    • Ensure Brewery facilities are clean, neat and sanitary at all times

    Other Responsibilities:
    • Conduct all QA/QC process implemented
    • Assist in new brewery equipment install
    • Attend continued training and sensory panels
    • Attend Migration related events as needed to represent company

    Knowledge & Skills:
    • Excellent knowledge of standard brewing techniques and practices
    • Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to motivate and actively monitor staff performance
    • Ability to accurately monitor production activities and inventory
    • Knowledgeable of regulations affecting Brewing industry. Ability to ensure departmental compliance with all Federal and State regulations
    • Ability to keep a clean work environment and meet all health and safety standards
    • Ability to work as a cooperative and positively contributing team memberEducation & Work Experience:
    • Minimum two years’ of brewery production experience
    • Forklift certified prefered
    • Valid Oregon Drivers License
