Mother Road Brewing Co. in Flagstaff, AZ is hiring a full time cellarman/packaging assistant. This is a 40 hr/week hourly position to start in early to mid August. Weekend shifts may be required; early (5am) and/or late shifts (end at 9pm) may be required. Wages are DOE.

The job includes but is not limited to:
Keg cleaning
Keg filling
Bottling (6 head Meheen bottler)
CIP/SIP of FV's and Brite tanks
Brite Beer Carbonation
Yeast Handling
General Brewery Cleaning and Upkeep
Candidates must be able to:
Stand for eight hours
Lift 50# over their head
Shift 170#
Work in cramped, confined places
Work in 32 F environments
Work in 100 F environments
Maintain a clean workplace
Adhere to company policy
Communicate effectively
Operate both independently and as a team member
Follow Standards of Operations consistently
