4 Hands Brewing Company is seeking an experienced Cellar Person to join our team.

Responsibilities will include:

-Performing CIP-SIP procedures
-Beer clarification and centrifugation
-Dry-hopping
-Monitoring fermentation
-Carbonation
-Forklift operation
-Keeping the facility and equipment clean and operating

This position reports to the Brewery Manager.

Requirements:

Brewing/cellar experience and/or brewing specific education, as well as working knowledge of brewing theory and application

Forklift experience a plus

Applicant must be available to work varying shifts including nights and weekends

Ability to lift 170 lbs and carry 55 lbs

Applicant must be able to twist, turn, bend at the waist and be comfortable climbing/working on ladders

Strong communication skills

Ability to represent the company in a responsible and professional manner
