Fort Garry Brewing in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada, currently has an open position for a Part Time Cellar/Filter operator.
Brief Scope of job includes;
-DE and Bright filter operator
-Beer transferring
-Quality Checks, and Controls (SOP's, GMP's)
-Daily Paperwork for Cellar transfers and filtration
-CIP of Fermenters, Conditioning tanks, and Bright tanks
-CIP of DE and Bright filters
-Daily overview of cleanliness of Cellar
Cellar man also will assist brewers with daily checks and limited assistance in brewhouse
Persons must be able;
-Normally work full 8hrs, with the ability to work extended hours if needed
-Normally work 7am-3:30pm, with the ability to work afternoons if needed
-Must be able to lift 55lbs
-Must be able to multitask
Previous experience in the food and beverage industry would be beneficial to applicants
