Oddstory Brewing Co. is looking for a cellarman/woman to join our production team. We are a growing brewery located in downtown Chattanooga. This role will be full time from the jump. We do all our brewing, kegging, and canning onsite in our new 4000sq ft brewery with a 3 vessel brewhouse. There is a lot of room for growth inside the company but our immediate needs are as follows:
-Execute CIP's for fermenters and brites
-Check gravities and log them
-Clean Kegs
-Assist on the canning line
-Sensory Panel
-Help load in for Wholesale
-Flexibility in helping with or running deliveries
-Teamwork attitude
This role doesn't require brewery experience but it is preferred. The desired candidate is willing to roll up their sleeves and get to work but has the willingness to ask questions when needed. For those who feel like they fit this role, please email your resume to jay@oddstorybrewing.co (not .com)
