Harpers Ferry Brewing is the Northernmost brewery in Virginia. We are an independently owned craft brewery located on the southern bank of the Potomac River in Loudoun County offering Tri-State riverside views of Virginia, West Virginia, and Maryland. We opened in 2018 and are in an aggressive growth phase. We are looking for a cellarperson to augment our brewing team and grow with us. Craft beverage experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right individual.
General duties include:
- Clean draft lines.
- Clean and fill kegs.
- Clean and /sanitize tanks (CIP, COP).
- Participate in festivals.
- Assist with canning runs.
- General brewery cleaning.
- Handle raw ingredients.
- Assist with inventories.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Basic facilities maintenance.
- Operate a forklift, pallet jack.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Must be 21+.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Regularly stand for 8+ hours, sit, walk, climb, use hands and fingers, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and listen.
- Must have close distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Lift 55 lbs.
- Move 170 lbs repeatedly.

- Ability to work in non-climate controlled environment
- Regular exposure to damp environment with hot liquids, airborne particles, chemicals and moving machinery.
