FT 40hrs per week, Monday-Friday, occasional overtime, we do not run a 3 or 4th shifts, no Sundays
Garage Brewing Co. is building a 30 BBL (made in the USA) production brewery has an opportunity available to join its growing, talented team.
Facility is air-conditioned, well lit and will be chalked full of state-of-the-art equipment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to assist in the “ground up” installation of the brewery, including bottling & canning lines.
Requirements
A formal brewing education from an accredited brewing program and/or a degree in science/biology.
Consideration will be given to individuals with 2 or more yrs of brewing experience in lieu of a degree.
The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience in a production brewery, producing preferably in the 2,500-20,000 BBL per year range.
Experience in all aspects of brew house/cellaring operations.
Strong technical knowledge of the brewing process and the finishing stages of beer production.
Knowledge in barrel aging, sour production A PLUS.

Brew house efficiency, trouble shooting, routine maintenance, tasks on pumps, valves, tanks etc.
Transfer beers using centrifuge
Carbonate and test beers in cellar
Yeast management
