Brewery Assistant Needed - Cellarman in Redwood City CA

Brewery assistant needed to help with cellarman duties such as cleaning, filling, stacking (i.e. lifting), and organizing casks and kegs. Additional tasks will include preparing the grain bill for brew days, cleaning the mash tun and boil kettle at the end of brew days, and cleaning/sanitizing brewery tanks. Successful candidate must be able to lift 55 lb sacks of grain and 100+lb casks and kegs. This position requires great attention to detail in cleaning tanks, kegs, casks and all parts of the brewery. Hours are somewhat flexible but mid-morning to late afternoon will be the main work times for a total of approximately 15-20 hours/week.
