The Pacific Coast's premier institute for brewing sciences is seeking educated and experienced brewing professionals for instructor positions in their online brewing sciences program.
A degree in food sciences or food/chemical engineering or brewing related field preferred, however experience and notable achievement in craft brewing may substitute for education.
All interested, especially women and minorities, very strongly encouraged to apply.
Next courses begin June 2016.
Compensation is very generous; 10 to 21 hours commitment per week.
