The Grand Canyon Brewing Company is looking for a hard working individual to fill a full-time cellar position an hour south of Grand Canyon National Park in Williams, AZ.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some background beer knowledge to get their foot in the door of the brewing industry, or for the right candidate to move up quickly in an expanding brewery.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Fermentor and Brite tank CIP
Beer Transfer
Beer Filtration
Beer carbonation
Setting up and running Bottling/canning lines
Assisting with brewing
Kegging and keg cleaning
Monitoring Fermentation
The right candidate will possess:
An awesome work ethic
The passion and dedication to making a great, consistent product
Attention to detail
Ability to follow current SOPs
Ability to work without explicit supervision

Williams is "The Gateway to the Grand Canyon," a beautiful small town about 30 miles West of Flagstaff, AZ. It's an fantastic historic and tourist-y town that's great for people who love the outdoors. The Grand Canyon Brewing Company is the third largest production brewery in the state of Arizona. We recently re-opened our tasting room to the public offering exciting new one-off beers in our Shotgun Series as well as our core and seasonal brands.
