South Park Brewing Colorado is looking for a full time Cellar Person. We are a quickly growing production brewery and tap room located in Fairplay, CO, roughly 20 miles south of Breckenridge. We are looking for a positive person with a strong work ethic for this position. Experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Duties Include:
• General Cleaning
• CIP of tanks
• Transferring and fining beer
• Dry hopping
• Keg cleaning
• Kegging and bottling of beer
• Maintaining accurate records
• Yeast handling
• Ability to uphold quality and safety standards
• Sanitation of all beer surfaces
• Other duties as assigned
Work Requirements:
• Ability to lift 55 pounds
• Self-motivated and able to work well independently and as a team
• Mechanically minded
• Able to troubleshoot problems
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude
• Detail oriented
• Must be able to stand, bent, lift, twist for duration of shift
