Tampa Bay Brewing Company - Westchase is looking for someone to join our team in the cellar department. This position reports to the head brewer. We are a fast growing brewery that has been around for over 20 years. Our new production facility needs someone to assist in day to day cellar operations. Responsibilities include but not limited to, cip of tanks (both cleaning and sanitizing), dry hopping, filtration using our DE filter, carbonating beer, assisting in the packaging department with both kegging and canning when needed. There is a possibility of some helping out on the brew house as well. This is not an entry level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience in a production facility with working knowledge of brewery cellar and production.
