Entry level cellar position assisting in all brewery tasks, providing support to brewing team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Keg cleaning
Cleaning and sanitizing tanks
Packaging (kegs, cans, bottles)
General cleaning & sanitizing around brewery(floors, surfaces, and equipment)
Counting & organizing inventory
Malt handling
Beer fermentation monitoring and maintenance
Yeast management
Ingredient integration (ie dry-hopping)
Racking and carbonation
Record keeping
Box truck operation
Forklift operation
Qualifications:
Passionate and knowledgeable about craft beer
Must be 21 years of age or older
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work in hot/wet environments
Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend frequently, and lift 60+ pounds on a regular basis
Professional experience a plus
Proficient in google drive & excel
Readily available personal transportation
