    At Main and Mill Brewing Company, we truly believe that we can foster community by striving to bring great beer to our neighborhood and beyond. We are currently looking for a motivated, passionate and professionally minded person to help conduct day-to-day cellar operations at the brewery.

    This position will be a great opportunity to enter the craft beer industry, as you’ll get exposure to all facets of brewery operation from grain to glass. Those who show the drive and aptitude will have the opportunity to advance their role within the company.

    We’re currently in the process of expanding to a new location, to upgrade our production, barrel-aging and distribution capacities. This expansion will present those on our team with a unique opportunity to see the process of building a brewery from the ground up. Your position will have the opportunity to expand as well and will include duties at both of our locations. We are a growing company and we’re looking for people to grow with us.


    - Ambitious and eager to learn. The art and science of brewing is constantly evolving and so are we. You’re driven to expand your knowledge of brewing techniques and ingredients and working on new ways to implement them in the process.
    - Adaptable and creative. You’re quick to identify problems and find solutions. Although your primary role will be cellar work, we’ll often need you to do cleaning, troubleshooting, repairs or even building things from scratch. You’re always looking for ways to improve the beer as well as the work environment.


    - Extensive homebrewing or commercial brewery experience
    - Self motivation and ability to efficiently manage time and tasks
    - Analytical thinking and problem solving skills - ability to understand and troubleshoot mechanical systems
    - Attention to detail
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills


    - Cleaning fermentation, brite tanks and kegs
    - Dry hopping, blending and carbonation of finished beer
    - Transferring finished beer to brites
    - Packaging finished beer (cans, kegs, bottles), cleaning and maintaining packaging equipment
    - Cleaning and maintenance of draft system
    - Helping with on and off-site festivals and events


    - At least 21 years of age
    - Able to lift and carry 60lbs and occasionally negotiate/ maneuver 120 lbs
    - Able to be on feet for long shifts, with breaks
    - Able to adapt to a flexible work schedule
