    Brouwerij Frontaal is a microbrewery located in Breda, The Netherlands. We started back in 2015 and are currently still growing fast. We operate in a 2000 square meter facility with an 30HL brewhouse and an ever increasing annual production of about 6000 hectoliter. We’re looking for an cellar/packaging manager to join our team!Your role will be mainly monitoring the fermentation tanks, running CIP’s as required and also managing the canning line.     RESPONSIBILITIES
    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Fermentation monitoring
    • Perform FV and BBT CIP’s, while maintaining our quality focused SOP’s
    • Yeast pitching/health management
    • Running all equipment on kegging and canning lines
    • Start-up and shut-down of utilities and equipment
    • CIP, CUP and sanitizing of fillers, lines, and bright tanks
    • Competent operation of fillers, washers and conveyors
    • Maintaining line efficiency through seamless supply of empty packaging and removal of full packaging
    • Ensuring accurate and legible coding and labeling of all containers
    • Routine daily maintenance of all equipment
    • Start-up and shut-down of all can, and case handling processes
    • Addressing all product quality issues immediately and stopping line if issues cannot be corrected in the immediate
    • Helping to maintain accurate and detailed daily run logs
    • Maintaining an orderly and safe work environment within department as well as entire facility
    • Participating in regularly scheduled departmental meetings to review issues and propose solutions
    • Contributing to positive work environment through open and constructive dialog
    • Contributing and being receptive to continual innovation and improvements
    • Assisting other departments or performing other tasks as needed

    REQUIREMENTS
    • 1 to 2 years commercial brewing experience;
    • Manual cleaning;
    • Basic brewery equipment maintenance;
    • Facilities maintenance;
    • Raw material and finished product handling;
    • Forklift operation;
    • Monitor gravities, temperatures, off flavors and carbonations daily;
    • 1 year working experience on a CASK canning line, huge plus if it’s CASK V5
