    Twelve Percent Brewing New Haven CT

    Twelve Percent Brewing is looking for experienced and hardworking individuals to join our packaging and cellaring team. This position is located in the New Haven CT area.
    You will be responsible for supporting our brew team by maintaining the cellar, and you will be responsible for packaging product. You will report to our packaging manager. You must be willing to work long (up to 12 hour) shifts on a rotating basis that may include nights and weekends.

    -Minimum 2+ years of experience is required in the following areas: Cellaring (clarifying, CIP, racks, CIP, carbonating, etc.) and packaging (canning)
    -Strong organizational habits, a self-motivated work ethic, and good critical thinking/problem solving skills.
    -Forklift experience a plus
    -Ability to work both alone as well as with the rest of the team.

    -Perform all aspects of cellaring (clarifying, CIP, racks, CIP, carbonating, etc.)
    -Perform all aspects of packaging (canning, keg cleaning, keg filling, etc)
    -Safely follow detailed SOPs
    -Perform regular maintenance on canning line
    -Maintain organized, sanitary and spotless environments throughout the brewery.
    -Organization of brewery equipment, supplies, and ancillary items
    -Assist with external events such as on- and off-premise tastings, beer festivals, and other marketing related events

    -Ability to stand/walk on hard surfaces for an entire shift
    -Willingness to work in wet/hot/cold conditions
    -Ability to work safely with potentially hazardous chemicals
    -Ability to move up to 150 pounds and lift up to 55 lbs.
