Midwestern brewpub located less than 1 mile from Big Ten university seeking passionate kitchen manager. Must have culinary degree. Willingness and ability to hit the ground running in this well-established (15+ years), fast-paced restaurant. Ability to lead team and instill passion in others a must! Responsible for all phases of kitchen operation: purchasing, menu planning, specials planning, inventory, hiring, disciplinary actions, catering preparation, sanitation, beer dinners, etc. Must hold Food Handler Certification from state-recognized food safety program. Ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years experience in fast-paced environment and a solid commitment to working as a team with other phases of the operation. Salary based on experience.
