Lucky City Brewing located in Reidsville, NC, is looking for an experienced General Manager for a new Brewery to be opened in the fall of this year. The General Manager will be working in a Brewpub that will have a small3 bbl system to start plus a small privately run restaurant also in the Brewpub.
BASIC JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE MANAGING A BAR/RESTAURANT OR BAR/BREWPUB/RESTAURANT
MANAGE HIRING AND TRAINING PERSONNEL TO HANDLE AND DELIVER EXEMPLARY BREWPUB AND RESTAURANT SERVICE
MANAGE AND ORGANIZE SALES DATA SYSTEM
MANAGE SECURITY AND SHRINKAGE, INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL
MANAGE AND FORCAST ALL SALES PRODUCTS WITH BREWMASTER AND RESTAURANT
MANAGE CLEANLINESS AND EYE APPEAL ON ENTIRE BREWPUB PROPERTY
COORDINATE SALES AND PROMOTIONS WITH THE BREWMASTER, RESTAURANT AND THE MARKETING TEAM

Understanding of sales to inventory ratios
Understanding of team building process
