I am looking for a Director of Operations for a high-growth brewery in Healdsburg, Sonoma County.

• Must have experience working at a brewery above 40,000 bbl/ year
• Must have experience scaling a brewery above 40k bbl/year and must have brewery expansion experience
• Extensive production and team management experience

The brewery is looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can help them continue to scale production. They are super high-growth, having scaled from 7k bbl to 40k bbl a year in under 3 years.

They would provide relocation assistance to Healdsburg.
