    Position overview:
    The Supply Chain Manager is the primary resource for the Supply Chain Team for training and technical needs. The Supply Chain Manager sets the vision, KPI’s, and expectations of the Supply Chain Team.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**)
    • LMA (Lead, Manage, hold Accountable) for the Supply Chain Analysts, Planners, Supply Chain Assistants, and Co-Packer Manager through implementation and maintenance of “Best Practice” processes, enhanced teamwork, KPI’s, standards of accountability, and utilization of EOS
    • Manage Department P&L
    • Drive department initiatives, remove obstacles, and be a sincere advocate for the SC team
    • Provide continuous recommendations on process improvement, account assignments, and strategic department growth
    • Support, guide, and mentor employees through complex problem solving. Be an Industry expert and a “Go-to Resource” for the Supply Chain team through management of a variety of beverage types
    • Identify training needs for current Supply Chain employees, make recommendations for continuous training, and support team development
    • Oversee team execution on month end inventory reconciliations, post-production documents, retains, and other critical department processes
    • Manage the department hiring process which includes reviewing resumes, conducting face-to-face interviews, and making hiring decisions
    • Serve as a point of escalation for production issues
    • Maintain consistently high customer satisfaction levels and create raving BevSource customers for life
    • Utilize data to drive client growth
    • Execute a proactive approach to planning client production needs
    • Establish and maintain a Team Culture that supports BevSource’s Core Values
    • Review and approve time tracking and expense reports on a weekly basis
    • Work with Development team to create a seamless transition process for the customer from development department to supply chain department
    • Drive and support client and co-packer business reviews with thoughtful and strategic growth planning to support supply chain initiatives
    • Ensure Claims are resolved within 45 days with vendors and clients
    • Be a NetSuite subject matter expert and provide continuous recommendations on internal process improvement. Oversee the regular maintenance of all client data in NetSuite and work with clients to set-up and maintain all NetSuite reporting requirements
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications & Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
    • 5-8 years minimum of applicable experience
    • 2+ years management experience, team of at least 4 people preferred
    • Proven ability to lead, inspire and influence a team
    • Passionate and customer service driven with strong, interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
    • Ability to analyze existing processes and identify more efficient ways to accomplish goals and meet customer and client requirements; ability to continuously improve processes through regular assessment and adjustment
    • Ability to provide timely, specific information, guidance and recommendations to help groups, managers and others make informed committed decisions that lead to sustainable impact
    • Ability to communicate effectively to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with internal customers/departments
    • Ability to clarify options and facilitate issue resolution within project teams and within functional areas
    • Superior problem-solving skills and capabilities
    • Excellent NetSuite MRP/ERP software understanding and skills
    • Self-directed, hard-working, detailed and results oriented
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
    • Energetic and enthusiastic with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
    • Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 15% of the time (international travel may be required) and the ability to work nights and weekends when traveling
