Beyond The Mountain Brewing Company is looking for a General Manager to join our small team as we expand our brewery and taproom operations. The GM will oversee day to day operation of the brewery and taproom, help improve the business, manage budget, and hire staff when necessary. Prior brewery management experience is a must and an outgoing personality is a plus. Our brewery has been around for 3 years and has an established following, so growth is our current focus.
General Manager Responsibilities:

General Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage daily business operations
- Working with production to make sure all beer is stocked properly
- Assisting in social media
- Assist in the conception of new beers and graphic art
- Handling tax payments, licensing, and reporting
- Overseeing FOH and BOH operations.
- Liaising with ownership and preparing monthly reports
- Create and manage budgets
- Working with suppliers
- Managing self-distribution network and hiring sales rep when necessary
- Growing bottom line revenue
- Organizing and delegating the organization of events
- Planning department and company-wide meetings
- Scheduling employees and training new hires
