Looking for a CEO for a brewery with a great foundation. Brewery has a strong brand presence in the markets that it operates. Company would need to complete a reorganization and looking for the right candidate that can right the ship. Looking for someone with 5+ years in a managerial position in manufacturing with a focus on beverages. Please submit resumes and cover letters when convenient. Looking for someone to come in and build a positive culture and empowerment. The ability to control growth and see opportunities for potential growth and place the mission above personal ego. This job has an attached pub, that would require you to oversee those operations as well. Would need to be able to oversee the day to day operations and keep a clean work environment. Set standard operating procedures across the organization. Must understand process flow of pub and brewery. Must be able to manage relationships with distributors and maintain scheduling to handle demand. Build a brand calendar for the brewery. Must have the ability to hire and fire and put in place an employee review system. Must also be able to set quality standards for the organization. Must be able to build relationships with raw material/packaging material vendors. Ability to lead meetings with investors and in the brewery. Must also be able to maintain monthly accounting. Necessary to keep up with efficiencies on the whole process from barley to package. Must have a positive outlook.
Willing to help with relocation. Also, salary would be dependent on experience. Salary would be a mix of equity and pay, so lots of upside. We are putting this company in a way that can easily succeed with the right leadership.
