Our General Manager will oversee the leadership of each of these divisions, and coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure cohesion and efficiency across the entire business. The vision is a comprehensive food & drink experience that is supportive of our local community while also attractive to intrepid weekenders and enthusiasts. The project is fully funded and we are pushing towards the completion of construction in early 2022.

We are seeking an experienced manager to work alongside ownership to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, and to create an inclusive and progressive beer space. Our ideal candidate is personable; is passionate and enthusiastic about food and drink; has hospitality instincts and experience; and has the vision to build a community space that is welcoming to all. We aim to diversify our team and our industry, and encourage qualified people of all backgrounds, orientations, and racial identities to apply. • Adaptability to a dynamic and evolving work environment.
    • Solid communication skills.
    • Ability to identify what needs to get done, and to get it done (problem solver).
