    Regional Chain Account Manager, California and Nevada

    Regional craft brewery seeks Chain Account Manager for developing and guiding the
    implementation of specific business plans, achieving sales and distribution targets, and for
    serving as the primary contact for a specific list of retail chains. The Chain Account Manager will work with Area Sales Managers and report to the Sales Manager.

    Responsibilities Include:
    a. Developing and managing individual annual business plans for each chain and location.
    b. Performing the processes necessary to gain authorization, proper pricing, and shelf space within national and regional off premise chains as assigned by management.
    c. Communicating and coordinating with Sales and Sales Management to ensure proper wholesaler execution.
    d. Coordinating efforts between national chain headquarters and regional offices as they pertain to local or regional sales execution.
    e. Planning marketing programs and monthly brand priorities in assigned chains.
    f. Establishing and maintaining an effective call point schedule for all assigned accounts.
    g. Coaching and educating wholesaler sales personnel.

    Skills and Qualifications:
    a. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
    b. Proficient in Microsoft software programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    c. Detailed oriented, with the ability to work independently and with a team.
    d. Strong communication and presentation skills.
    e. Knowledge of the three tiers of the beverage industry.
    f. Ability to analyze statistical data and formulate objectives.
    g. Willingness to travel with frequency to make assigned calls and retail
    visits.

    Education and/or Experience:
    Passion for craft beer and minimum of 5 years of industry experience required, prior chain responsibility preferred.
