About Purpose Brewing and Cellars
We’re a small batch brewing company that creates new beers every week along with serving up an extensive cellar of barrel aged sours. Purpose is creative, intimate, and in the heart of the beer community.
Responsibilities
Start time: April 13th or sooner, but that is flexible
Pay: $15/hour + tips as bartender, $25/hour for manager time. Overtime available, not expected, negotiable. Including tips, historically has worked out to be about $2k-$2.5k take-home every two weeks. Approximately 30 hours spent as a bartender, and 10 as a manager per week. Wage negotiable with experience.
Days: Thursday-Sunday, one Wednesday out of the month worked in exchange for Sunday off.
We are willing to train for this position, so no need to have prior managerial experience. Prior industry experience is preferred, but not required. Our biggest requirement is that you love beer and are happy to share that passion with others.
