We are a highly regarded, quality-focused brewery producing award-winning beer in Western Massachusetts for the last 7 years. We pride ourselves on making beer inclusive and welcoming for all people.
We are looking for an intelligent, friendly, forward thinking beer industry professional to oversee the Taproom of our small brewery. Responsibilities include managing a small staff of bartenders/servers, managing inventories and menus, and maintaining a clean and safe Taproom. The position involves significant time behind the bar, with some office work as well. The ideal candidate will be motivated to coordinate with mobile food vendors, plan events, and generate interest/excitement for customers visiting our beautiful tasting room. There is some flexibility with hours, but the applicant should be prepared to work Wednesday through Sunday most of the time. This will be a salaried position, with a base pay of approximately $35-$40k/year with performance bonuses which could add an additional $10-20k/year.
