- Lead brewing team on workflow
- Training new hires
- Scheduling:
- Brewing, cellaring, packaging - Entering into Ekos ahead of time
- Long term planning
- Shift management
- Weekly meetings for production crew
- Asana
- Brand plan
- Ekos
- Batch planning
- Forecasting - raw materials, packaging materials
- Pulling batches through - oversight
- Ordering
- Malt
- Hops
- Labels
- Additional ingredients as needed
- Inventory management:
- Oversee monthly (cans/weekly) inventory
- Manage employee beer
- Report slow moving inventory weekly
- Brewery Efficiency
- Report on loss
- Turn efficiency
- Safety protocol
- Intra-company communication
- SOP development and implementation
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Brewery experience in a professional environment - minimum 5 years experience
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently
Compensation:
- Commensurate upon experience
- One week paid vacation after 6 mo. of continued employment; two weeks paid vacation after second full year of employment.
