    Position: Brewer/Production Manager

    Description: 40 hours/week. The primary responsibility of this position is to make sure that the brewery schedule is prepared, ingredients ordered, and helping the brewers get the job at hand done!

    We’re a small team of hard working, highly competent folks with great attitudes—we work hard and we have fun. Now, we’re seeking a like-minded individual to join us!

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Lead brewing team on workflow
      • Training new hires
    • Scheduling:
      • Brewing, cellaring, packaging - Entering into Ekos ahead of time
      • Long term planning
      • Shift management
        • Weekly meetings for production crew
      • Asana
        • Brand plan
      • Ekos
        • Batch planning
        • Forecasting - raw materials, packaging materials
        • Pulling batches through - oversight
    • Ordering
      • Malt
      • Hops
      • Labels
      • Additional ingredients as needed
    • Inventory management:
      • Oversee monthly (cans/weekly) inventory
      • Manage employee beer
      • Report slow moving inventory weekly
    • Brewery Efficiency
      • Report on loss
      • Turn efficiency
    • Safety protocol
    • Intra-company communication
    • SOP development and implementation

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Brewery experience in a professional environment - minimum 5 years experience
    • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
    • Ability to work independently

    • Commensurate upon experience
    • One week paid vacation after 6 mo. of continued employment; two weeks paid vacation after second full year of employment.
