This is a hybrid taproom manager position at Whole Foods Market in San Jose, CA, right next to the SAP Center, home of the Sharks!
We have Floodcraft Brewing Company brewery and taproom on-site and are searching for for someone with extensive beer knowledge, 4+ years of brewery taproom experience, and a true passion for the craft beer industry to manage our taproom team, guest beer list, and assist with in-store duties with the Specialty Dept. Team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, well-developed time management skills, excellent communication skills, and outstanding multi-tasking skills while maintaining attention to detail in a very busy environment.
