Garvies Point Brewery and Restaurant is currently hiring a full-time Tasting Room Manager. We are looking for a hardworking individual who able to thrive in the fast-paced environment of our newly expanded location! This is a salaried position and the benefits offered are based on past work experience, including paid time off. The Tasting Room manager's duties are outlined below, but are not limited to:
- General management of Tasting Room employees, including staff schedules
- Conducting interviews and training for new hires
- Coordinating bar service for the outdoor beer patio
- Following opening and closing procedures laid out by the Corporation
- Merchandise management, including inventory and ordering
- Event coordination
- Social Media management
- Customer service and handling client grievances
- Conducting weekly payroll, including management of both cash and credit tips
- Arrangement and organization of walk-in
- Coordinating beers on tap
- Overseeing TTP tax reports and monthly inventory reports
- Completing end of year inventory and tax reports
- Any other direction by President of the company
