The Director of Brewery Operations leads all functions and processes from grain to glass for our award-winning beer! This position directs and leads the operations leadership team across our production facility and is responsible for ensuring the safe, consistent, high quality, and efficient operations of the brewery. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and communicating the brewery's operational strategy and holds our team accountable for achieving those results. This role will operate out of our production facility in Bend, Oregon and candidates will need to live in the Central, Oregon area.

Ideal candidates will possess:
- At least ten (10) years of experience in brewery operations management with a minimum of five (5) years leading a large-scale commercial brewery of >50,000 barrels with a complex mix of products
- Candidates must possess expert knowledge of Brewing Science which includes a strong emphasis on quality assurance across the business and best practices for producing and packaging the highest quality products.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills that are focused on developing teams, collaboration, process improvement and change management. Continuous improvement certification (i.e. Six Sigma) would be a bonus.
- Proven track record of managing a commercial brewery, skilled in financial management and leading organizational change.
- A college degree in Fermentation Science, other sciences, or engineering - applicable experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Post graduate degree (i.e. Masters of Business Administration) in applicable field would be a bonus.
