    Hold Out Brewing is a new brewpub from the team behind Wright Bros Brew & Brew, Better Half Coffee & Cocktails, and Little Brother Bar. Located in Downtown Austin, Hold Out Brewing will be housed in an old quonset hut adjoining the courtyard of Better Half Coffee & Cocktails. With an expansive covered patio and a thirst for low ABV, repeatable pints, and really dang good burgers, Hold Out is helping bring a vibrant brewpub scene back to Downtown Austin.

    Hold Out is looking for an AGM to manage and provide leadership for all FOH operations of the brewpub. Hold Out will provide a job description with all the job responsibilities during the interview process, however we are ultimately looking for an AGM who will create a consistently excellent customer experience through efficient operation of the brewpub while developing a fun and vibrant brewery culture deeply engaged with the greater Austin community. The AGM will work closely with the ownership team, the General Manager of Better Half + Hold Out, Hold Out Brewers, and the Executive and Sous-Chef's of Hold Out + Better Half to successfully achieve these goals.

    Ideal candidates will have:

    - 2+ years experience in beer-centric customer service
    - 2+ years of management experience in the restaurant industry
    - Availability to work full-time (40 hrs / week), including nights and weekends
    - Demonstrated knowledge of craft beer, including basic understanding of beer production (Cicerone Beer Server or similar certification preferred)
    - Excellent communication and organizational skills
    - Exceptional customer service skills
    - Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
    - Ability to anticipate and proactively address problems in a fast-paced environment
    - Demonstrated leadership
    - Positive attitude and ability to work with a diverse set of people
    - Basic familiarity with tablet-based POS systems and other web-based / MS Office software
    - Ability to lift 35-50 lbs
    - Ability to move full kegs with the aid of a dolly
    - Aptitude for and desire to learn the mechanical workings of taproom equipment in order to address problems quickly and efficiently
